Student Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your student from the school district, please complete this form and email it to nkent@pleasantonusd.net. Alternatively, you can print, fill out and drop off the form at the Alisal office during school hours on any weekday.

Please ensure that your student returns all items loaned by the district, such as books, Chromebooks, chargers, or any other materials provided for learning. These items can be returned to the student’s teacher on their last day or dropped off at the office between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
